This sculpture, with a bronze base, a concrete humanoid form and an iron cutting wheel embedded into the form, alludes to the division of the self. The reality of what we are versus what we think we are - with rudimentary forms speaking about the long journey of human evolution. From homo habilis, homo erectus and the Neanderthal to homo sapiens, the weight of evolution is cutting our world into half, environmentally.
