Bako Exists. Imagine

In some senses, this anothology is a closed book, since the key to it remains with the artist. But it is not viewer unfriendly. Many of the images and statuettes reappear from various parts of Dodiya's previous oeuvre. Many others are strange, newer creations. And then one arrives upon an answer. The artist has created a powerhouse of potentialities. Many of his future works may emerge from within this explosive collection of vital images. At this moment, it is perhaps something of a closed book to Dodiya too. We have before us then a work that, for all its appearance of extroversion, is packed tightly within itself like a seed, full of energy that is puzzling and vibrant.
